Diving, exposed.

I went Redang for DIVING last weekend! It was soooooooo AWESOME!!!

My mom told me NOT to ever go diving. But do I ever listen? haha!

I was actually quite scared. I didn't enjoy my first dive. My instructor was too fierce. Took the fun out of everything. I even fear diving. But I needa getaway. Plus I do know how to dive. So why not.

Yee Hao's friend is an instructor and he was taking 3 students. I'm his "student" too. Nicest guy ever! So patient and friendly! Just what an instructor should be.

And I made the craziest friends EVER. See the picture below. hahaha!!!

I'm actually almost in love with marine life! Might actually LOVE diving!!! ;)))

Karting!!! In China!

GUESS where am I???
In Zhuhai, china! We went to Zhuhai for a day trip. The main reason of going there was actually to shop. But, shopping is soooooooooo boring!!!

I'm so glad Jeff found out about the racing track!!! Freaking awesome place! Can forget about going to Kartright (Singapore) forever!
The helmets are sooooooo new! haha! Seems like karting is an expensive sport for the locals.

And don't have to wear stupid hairnet. Gotta wear one in Kartright.

The karting track! It's so much easier and smoother to drive! Gotta brake only a few times! At the sharp corners. Singapore's track is so tiny that there're so many corners. Need to brake every time!

Macau is all about racing too! Unfortunately, the grand prix museum was closed on Tuesday. And we were there on that day.

We hiked for half an hr to the race track in Macau. BUT, it's closed for an international karting event!!! Damn sian. We walked so far to kart, and it's closed!!!

But, it's damn cool to be at an international racing event!!!


Finally some Macau food!!!

My relationship with Macau/Zhuhai is a love-hate one. Casinos are way too smoky. And way too many of them. BUT, I love it that both places are so racing-orientated!!! F1 to Macau again please!!!!

Work-life balance?

Nope, I still do not really like working. But things get better with very nice friends! When I say friends, I don't mean colleagues. haha! Colleagues can NEVER be friends.

Thanks to Ho man, I love karting!!! It's super duper exciting!!!

We went for my first karting session some friday ago. I was quite scared but it turned out to be adrenaline filled. It's sooooo fast! Just like F1. haha! It was so fun that I went 2 times! Damn ex but it's super worth the money!

Then on Sunday, I went for my first cello lesson. I love how the cello sound! But I didn't quite enjoy it. Not as exciting as go-kart, just as ex as a go-kart and not as fun! haha. My teacher is quite an okay china lady. U get what I mean.

So, I've given up on cello for go-kart! WHEE!!! I can't wait to go again! Very very very soon!!!

But someday, when I really grow up, I'll take up cello again. haha! When I don't have the energy, when i'm old and dying. hahaa!!! okay kdding abt the old and dying part. Someday!

Diving trip!

But there's absolutely no pictures of me diving! hahha! It's mostly pictures on board. My cousin and the instructor had special cameras to bring them underwater. Till I get the pictures from them, here're some on board ones!

It's a really cool experience living on the yacht. I was there since thursday evening till sunday evening! 4 days on-board. It's not that boring. But basically, all we did was sleep, dive, eat, dive, eat, dive, eat, dive, sleep, dive, eat etc. See the pattern? haha! Yes I slept a lot! It was damn nice to sleep! With the yacht rocking, just like being in a cradle. And I love how small and cosy the cabin was!

Whale or tortoise?

More of whale right? Since it's in an ocean.

I love to dangle my feet at the side of the yacht!!!

And emo like mad, with the breeze against my face.

Plus can occasionally spot sea fairies! (This weird little creature that will fly on the surface of the ocean, then will disappear into the waters. That's sea fairy to me!)

Kim's bf passed a letter to Felicia, for her to pass it to Kim on the Saturday. It's supposedly there're anniversary. No idea why she let Dave read that out loud! I felt so embarrassed for her! Gosh. Lots of lovey dovey mushy stuff.

8 dives over the weekend.

I'm quite glad I did suba diving!

An exciting journey for me.

I was quite grumpy for the first 2 days cos I was very scared.

But everything turned out fine!!!!! In fact, it's better than just fine! Awesome!!!

I might wanna do more someday. (as in advanced diving)

But should feel more comfortable doing normal dives first.

For now, I should just pass the exam.

Yes, 1 more final exam and I'm done!!!!
